Paths and grounds

Paths and grounds can be one of the main design elements of natural and park-like objects. Paths are used for walks, and grounds provide recreation spaces, where different objects – benches, barbeque zones, rotundas – may be situated. Paths and grounds are also meant for outflow of ground storm and melt water. There are five classes of park and garden paths, which divide into paths, main paths, utility paths and promenades with width up to 20 metres. Paving can be used for covering squares, big open spaces, provided for a lot of people, machines, erection of temporary objects. Square coating should be especially durable, survive drops in temperature and pressure, be water-resistant. There are many types of materials used for durable coating. However, the most traditional of them are granite and concrete.
