Protection of metal
The steel protected by hot zinc has a modern industrial appearance. During hot-dip galvanizing, the steel is covered with a protective layer of zinc that prevents atmospheric corrosion. Since this treatment makes steel very resistant to corrosion, this material is ideal for the manufacture of high-quality outdoor furniture.
Metal painting is made with high-quality polyester powder paints (heat seal lacquer), as well as acrylic-polyurethane paints. This finish is very resistant to UV rays. On request, the choice of color is possible for the product according to the RAL* table, available for outdoor work.
All products and paints used by us are listed and certified in accordance with European standards.

Corten steel
Its strength and aesthetic characteristics mean that this steel is increasingly used by architects and designers. It is a wear-resistant steel due to the formation of a self-protective oxide layer on the base metal. The protective patina on the surface is constantly being restored under the influence of atmospheric conditions.
Raw finish: The products supplied in Raw Corten have the appearance of grey sheet steel. The characteristic Corten patina naturally forms outdoors and stabilizes over time.
Sandblasting and oxidation: Steel undergoes an accelerated oxidation process. The appearance upon delivery is already rusty steel.

Stainless steel AISI 316L or 304
These are alloys of iron and carbon steel with chromium, which causes the formation of a protective layer of chromium oxide, giving these steels their anti-corrosion ability. Possible finishing options: matt-finished, satin or polished stainless steel.
